2026년 새해의 문턱에 선 우리 모두는 한결같은 소망을 품고 있습니다. 그것은 바로 “복 있는 삶”을 사는 것입니다. 하지만 성경이 말하는 복은 단순한 운이나 외부적인 환경에 좌우되는 것이 아닙니다. 그것은 창조주 하나님께 깊이 뿌리 내린 영혼의 견고함과 평안을 의미합니다.
시편 기자는 복 있는 사람의 삶을 다음과 같이 아름다운 시로 우리에게 보여줍니다.
오늘 본문이 정의하는 “복 있는 사람”은 무엇을 소유했느냐가 아니라, 무엇을 사랑하느냐로 결정됩니다. 진정으로 복된 사람은 삶의 뿌리를 멈추지 않는 생명수의 근원인 하나님의 말씀에 내리고 있기에, 삶의 계절이 바뀌어도 흔들리지 않고 번성합니다.
우리에게 주님의 말씀을 밤낮으로 묵상하는 것은 무거운 짐이나 종교적인 의무가 아닙니다. 하나님의 말씀을 읽고 묵상하는 것은 메마르고 혼란스러운 세상 속에서 우리 혼을 생동하게 만드는 시원하고 상쾌한 생명수를 마시는 것과 같습니다.
우리의 마음을 하나님의 말씀으로 가득 채울 때, 우리는 더 이상 세상의 헛된 조언이나 유혹에 휘둘리지 않게 됩니다. 대신 시냇가에 심은 나무처럼 어떤 가뭄 속에서도 시들지 않는 생명력을 누리며, 하나님께서 정하신 때에 풍성한 열매를 맺는 축복의 주인공이 될 것입니다.
2026년 함께 할 우리의 여정
올 한 해, 우리 모두가 이 복을 실제적으로 누리기를 간절히 소망합니다. 그래서, 하나님의 말씀에 우리가 뿌리를 깊이 내리는데 도움이 되기 위한 프로그램 두가지를 소개하고자 합니다.
- 성경 일년 일독 (Through the Bible in One Year): 매일 은혜의 리듬을 만들어 봅시다. 성경 전체를 함께 읽어 나갈 때, 우리의 생각은 하나님의 관점으로 새롭게 빚어질 것입니다. 자세한 내용은 옆에 링크를 참고해 주세요: https://www.carysarang.org/7324-2/
- 주일 공동체 말씀나눔 & 기도 모임: 공동체가 함께 모여 하나님의 말씀을 낭독하고 들을 때 특별한 능력이 임합니다. 함께 모여 신앙의 고백을 나누며 힘을 얻으시길 바랍니다.
- 시간: 매주 @ 12:45 PM (1월 4일 부터 시작)

2026년 주님의 말씀으로 가득찬 한 캐리사랑교회가 되길 기도합니다.
As we stand at the threshold of the new year 2026, we all share a common desire: to live a life that is truly “blessed.” However, the blessing the Bible speaks of is not dependent on mere luck or external circumstances. It refers to the deep-rooted stability and peace of a soul anchored in God our Creator.
The Psalmist provides us with a beautiful vision of what this blessed life looks like:
The “blessed person” defined in today’s passage is determined not by what they possess, but by what they love. Because a truly blessed person has their life’s roots planted in the Word of God—the source of never-ending living water—they do not wither but instead flourish even as the seasons of life change.
For us, meditating on the Lord’s Word day and night is not a heavy burden or a religious duty. Reading and meditating on God’s Word is like drinking cool, refreshing living water that brings our souls to life in the midst of a dry and chaotic world.
When we fill our hearts with the Word of God, we are no longer swayed by the empty counsel or temptations of the world. Instead, like a tree planted by streams of water, we will enjoy a vitality that does not fade even in times of drought, becoming the protagonists of blessing who bear abundant fruit in God’s appointed time.
Our Journey Together in 2026
It is my earnest hope that all of us will practically experience this blessing throughout this year. Therefore, I would like to introduce two programs designed to help us plant our roots deep into the Word of God:
- Through the Bible in One Year: Let us create a daily rhythm of grace. As we walk through the entire Scripture together, our thoughts will be newly shaped by God’s perspective.

- Sunday Communal Bible Reading & Prayer Meeting: A unique power is released when the community gathers to read and hear God’s Word together. I invite you to join us as we confess our faith and find strength together. *This meeting is only for Korean speaking people.
